Goodwin Living At Home is part of Goodwin Living Health, a not-for-profit family of services designed to help older adults live well on their own terms. Our program is rooted in the idea of aging with intention, taking charge of your health and planning ahead with confidence.
Our goal is to support you so you can age safely in the home environment and manner of your choice. We strive to be your trusted source for help when you face the need for care and services as you age.

Breezeway Plan
Foundation Plan
For Adults 55+*
Designed to support proactive, independent adults who want to plan ahead and stay in control of their future.
Care coordination
Experienced healthcare professionals work closely with members and their families to coordinate the right services for members as they age in place.
Annual health assessments
Stay ahead of health changes with personalized yearly check-ins focused on your overall well-being.
Home safety assessment
Identify necessary modifications to help you age safely in your home.
Personal emergency response system
Get immediate emergency assistance at home with the press of a button.
Transportation services
Provides rides for members who cannot drive due to anesthesia, sedation or a provider’s medical instructions following certain necessary outpatient procedures.
Wellness and lifestyle programs
Stay engaged with classes and experiences that support a vibrant, active life.
Concierge services
Get help coordinating trusted services for your home, from repairs to errands and beyond.
One-time membership fee
There is no membership fee under the Breezeway Plan, however membership fees for the Foundation Plan are applicable by age.
Second membership discount
Couples save more when planning together under the Foundation Plan.
Portability
Your benefits go with you—even if you relocate or travel outside the area.
Underwritten coverage plan
Enjoy confidence knowing your Foundation plan provides limited coverage for personal care in the home.
